Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Guava keeps and how we use it.

What we keep

• Account: your email, first name and country (US or Canada).
• Your plan: your savings goal, budgets, brands and planned purchases. Guests' plans stay on their own device until they create an account.
• Purchases: the cards you buy, amounts, dates and card details so you can use them. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Help requests: what you tell us when you ask for help with a card.

How we use it

• To build and save your plan and show prices for your country.
• To process payments, issue gift cards through our gift card partner, and send your cards and receipts.
• To send planner emails and purchase reminders, if you leave them on.
• To answer help requests and prevent fraud.

We don't sell your information.

Emails

You can turn weekly planner emails and reminders off in your profile, or with the unsubscribe link in any planner email. Card delivery emails and receipts are always sent.

Your choices

You can change your name and country in your profile. To ask for a copy of your information or to delete your account, use "Get help" in My gift cards or reply to any Guava email.

We'll change the date above when we update this policy.
