Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Guava, a monthly planner that helps you save by buying gift cards for brands you already shop with. By using Guava you agree to them.

Who can use Guava

Guava is available to people in the United States and Canada only. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars for US members and Canadian dollars for Canadian members.

Your account

You can plan without an account. You need an account to save your plan, buy gift cards or see your cards. Keep access to your email safe — anyone who can sign in to your email can sign in to Guava.

Buying gift cards

• All gift card sales are final. Once a card is issued it can't be returned, exchanged, replaced or refunded.
• Each card is issued by its brand and is subject to that brand's own terms, which we show before you pay.
• A card is only issued after your payment is confirmed. If we can't issue a card, we refund your payment to your original payment method.
• Treat a gift card code like cash. Anyone with the code can spend it. We aren't responsible for cards used by someone you shared the code with.
• Savings shown in your plan are estimates until you buy. Prices and savings can change and are confirmed at checkout.

Savings

Only cards you have actually paid for count as saved. Planned savings are an estimate and have no cash value.

Getting help

If something is wrong with a card, use "Get help with this card" in My gift cards and we'll reply by email.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Guava means you accept the updated terms.
